How a back-lane kitchen in India found its way to a little corner of Britain.

The Beginning
We brought the flavours of India to East London — the slow-cooked curries, the smoky tandoor, the warm hum of a family kitchen — and set them down on Roman Road.
But we didn't stop there. We've put our own twist on it: elevated plates, refined technique, and a fine-dining sensibility layered over the dishes we grew up eating. Familiar, but never ordinary.
What We Cook
Every box that leaves our kitchen is cooked the long way. Curries simmered low and slow, marinades left overnight, chutneys pounded fresh — then packed hot and ready for the ride home.
It's Indian takeaway with a bit more care: proper spices, proper technique, and a few elevated twists on the classics you already love. East London flavours, straight to your door.

Our Values
That's the rule. Everything else follows from it.
